For the convenience of our patients we are glad to offer a variety of payment options.  Our office accepts cash, personal checks and all major credit cards. 

We also accept most insurances and as a courtesy to our patients we will gladly process any claims for them.  However please make note that your insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company.  For any services not covered by insurance your payment is due at the time of service.
